Upon hearing Lin Xing say he wanted to go deeper inside, Hei Hu was immediately taken aback.

"Boss, you want to go in?" Hei Hu's voice rang out in Lin Xing's mind.

"Yeah, what's the problem? Don't tell me you're scared?" Lin Xing said, looking at Hei Hu.

Hei Hu hesitated for a moment but still nodded and said, "I've never been inside before. I have no idea what it's like in there."

"That's exactly why we need to go in. What's there to be afraid of? It's just a Sacred Beast. If we can't beat it, can't we just run away? As long as we're careful, it'll be fine."

The speed of that black shadow was extremely fast. When the roar sounded, it was still over ten kilometers away. By the time the roar ended, it had already covered a distance of one kilometer. Lin Xing looked over and saw that the black shadow moved across the treetops as if they were flat ground. With each leap, it would cover several hundred meters. It was an animal resembling a spider, but only in shape, as its size was countless times larger than a spider. Its body diameter reached two meters, and with its eight legs extended, the span was about ten meters. Its entire body was supported by eight long legs, suspended about one meter off the ground. The body was like an egg, covered in half-foot-long black fur. A pair of eyes flashed with a green light, but inside, the pupils were actually white, looking incredibly eerie. Below the eyes were two rows of ventral eyes, all green. A large, furry mouth opened and closed, revealing sinister fangs inside, constantly chewing and emitting a squeaking sound. "Human, why have you trespassed into my territory?" the spider spoke in human language. A talking magical beast: Lin Xing was now certain this spider monster was a Saint Level magical beast!

Lin Xing thought to himself, *This is bad. A Saint Level magical beast. Judging by the powerful aura it's emitting now, I'm afraid even if Hei Hu and I join forces, we wouldn't be its match. Escaping is the priority.*

Lin Xing's eyes shifted, and he said, "Mr. Spider, Hei Hu and I were just passing through here and unintentionally trespassed into your territory. We didn't mean to offend you."

The spider's face revealed a human-like smile, appearing so disgusting and eerie. "Gahaha, human, since you've entered my territory, don't think about leaving. I'll have you as my dinner!"

Lin Xing thought, *This is bad.* He telepathically said to Hei Hu: "Hei Hu, you attack its eyes from above. I'll attack its eight legs from below."

Immediately, Lin Xing let out a furious roar and charged towards the spider. Hei Hu flapped his wings and also flew towards the spider, spewing a mouthful of flames at it while still in the air!

It seemed the spider feared fire. Seeing the flames coming, its eight legs moved together, shifting to one side with lightning speed. Then, it traced an arc and charged towards Lin Xing. It seemed because Lin Xing couldn't fly, it decided to deal with him first.

The spider's speed was very fast. It left a black streak on the ground and was already in front of Lin Xing. Its front two legs suddenly kicked out, creating a flurry of leg shadows.

Lin Xing roared and slashed out with his blade! Meanwhile, Hei Hu had now arrived above the spider.

"Boom!" Lin Xing was sent flying backward by a tremendous force. He crashed through many trees with a series of cracks and thuds before falling to the ground. Meanwhile, Hei Hu's sharp claws had already grabbed onto the spider's back.

"Rip!" Hei Hu's claws left several gashes on the spider's back.

The spider roared in anger. Its eight legs danced into a blur of black shadows, fiercely striking Hei Hu's body. Hei Hu roared and was sent flying.

The spider let out a loud cry. Its eight legs pushed off the ground, and with a black flash, it arrived in front of Lin Xing. A leg like a black shadow stabbed towards Lin Xing.

Lin Xing roared angrily. His foot stomped hard on the ground, sending a wave of dirt shooting towards the spider. Simultaneously, Lin Xing retreated violently!

The dirt only made the spider pause for a moment before it continued pouncing. At the same time, its mouth opened, spewing a mouthful of foul-smelling green venom.
