Finally, the book is going up for sale. After more than two months of public release and nearly 400,000 words written, it's time to see the results. On the morning of May 1st, there will be two chapters to start with. Once I wake up and see the initial subscription numbers, for every additional 200 subscriptions within the first 24 hours, I will add one extra chapter!

For every single donation over 10,000, I will add an extra chapter. For every 200 monthly votes (which counts as double, so effectively 100 votes), I will add an extra chapter. For every 10,000 recommendation votes, I will add an extra chapter. If the average subscriptions reach the premium level, for every additional 100, I will add an extra chapter!
