This chapter is an extra update for "My Sky is the Sea of Stars" after receiving 10,000 rewards.

     ————

     Before they knew it.

     Two hours passed.

Facing the silent situation, everyone started to become anxious.

Even Marcus had climbed the hill on the opposite bank, waving urgently at Liszt for an update.

Liszt responded with a gesture to calm down and took out his telescope, continuing to observe the distant river and the seaside. It was high tide in the morning, and he deliberately chose to start the mission at noon, waiting for the ebb tide to expand the land space for hunting the Dulomichta.

The big tide slowly receded, but the Dulomichta's traces never appeared.

The telescope moved away from the seaside and followed the river.

About two hundred meters from the trap section, rock spikes had densely formed a stone forest, along with thorns and poisonous thorns scattered by Jie La, the Acheronides; closer to the river, there were stone walls, built with ropes. Cutting the ropes would cause them to collapse, blocking the river and completing the encirclement.

The main battlefield of the river trap had four bonfire points around it. Three were used to boil bloodfruit, releasing the scent, and one was used to burn dragon beast bones, releasing the dragon's might.

On both sides of the hill, there were barrels of rubber. The serfs of Black Horse Island had collected over fifty barrels of rubber without severely damaging the rubber trees. Once poured into the river trap, along with mud and Hiddleston's rock spikes, it was believed this place would soon bind together.

Each Earth Knight had a large pile of fishing nets and various threads beside them, which Liszt had acquired from various places.

They were just waiting for the Dulomichta to appear and then would hurl them over, trying to entangle the Dulomichta.

Arrows quenched with wasp venom were held in the hands of each squire, not requiring much accuracy, just needed to hit the huge Dulomichta to interfere with it.

The real killing move was in the hands of Liszt and Marcus.

The telescope continued to focus on the seaside, and Liszt cast "Magic Eye," wanting to take a closer look. However, this was futile as the Magic Eye couldn't observe too far.

     "How much longer?"

Another half hour passed, and the sun had tilted westward. Liszt was almost losing his composure: "Could it be that this method of luring is flawed, and the Dulomichta can't track Acheronides? Or maybe it can't come ashore at all?"

But just like a woman making a man wait.

Suddenly, a series of snake heads emerged from the water surface by the seaside, clearly visible in Liszt's unretracted telescope. Without counting, it was clear that there were six snake heads. The black and white stripes were vaguely visible but disappeared in a flash, with all the snake heads submerging back underwater.

     "It's here, everyone be alert!"

Liszt shouted, continuing to observe the seaside with the telescope. Within a minute, the long-awaited Dulomichta exposed its figure completely in the retreating waves.

Its thick, short body was topped with six slender serpentine heads, creating a bizarre and unsettling sight.

It swam slowly along the river, occasionally raising its head to observe above the water, but its pace was not slow. Due to the river's shallow waters, it couldn't swim quietly, causing large splashes and churning up the river mud.

When it swam past the two-hundred-meter mark, all the knights could now spot the Dulomichta from their concealed positions.

A massive, seven-to-eight-meter-long sea serpent, its six heads both messy yet orderly.

Just as Liszt had predicted, two of its heads were noticeably thinner, particularly noticeable.

Flags began to wave at the base of the hill, signaling the start of the operation.

    This is the signal.

The knight hiding at the bonfire point immediately took out a fire starter, blew on it to ignite the flame, and quickly lit the bonfire. At the same time, he poured the already crushed *bloodfruit* into the pot, mixing it with a little water to start boiling the fruit to release its scent.

As *Dulumichita* entered the river trap zone.

    Liszt's palms were already sweating.

The giant sea serpent looked extremely dangerous.

"Just a little closer!" He used *Magic Eye* to observe *Dulumichita*, constantly monitoring its *magic power* to see if it was preparing to unleash its magic.

He was ready to give the order at any moment.

He was the leader of the serpent-slaying operation, and all commands would be issued by him.

At that moment, *Dulumichita* clearly sensed the uneasy atmosphere of its surroundings. It raised its six heads, each tongue flicking wildly as it scanned the area. But aside from the mounds, it sensed nothing else. Its tongues flicked, but no heat radiation from living creatures was detected, and no shadow of living creatures could be seen.

To be honest, Liszt wasn't sure if the six-headed king sea serpent relied on sensing infrared like normal snakes. After all, this world was not Earth.

All he could do was hide behind the dirt.

    Using the dirt as cover.

For now, it seemed that the six-headed king sea serpent couldn't find them, so after a moment of looking around, it continued to move forward. It had already "smelled" the deliciousness belonging to the *mermaid*, a tremendous tonic for it, something it absolutely couldn't give up. For this feast, it had roamed these unfamiliar waters for nearly three months.

Today, the delicacy was right in front of it.

    It swam forward.

Its body clearly moved between two mounds, the designated hunting battlefield. At that moment, hiding in the earth cave, Liszt's pupils suddenly dilated, and he shouted loudly, "Hiddleston, *Rock Spikes Barrage*!"

Hiddleston, also hiding in the earth cave, shot out like an arrow, opened his mouth to release a spell, and in an instant, countless *rock spikes* emerged at *Dulumichita's* location. One of the spikes accurately pierced *Dulumichita's* body, breaking its snake skin and causing blood to spurt out.

*Dulumichita* let out a hiss of pain, its body arching up, coiling into a mass in the river, with three of its heads opening, *magic power* brewing inside them.

But before it could release its magic, countless arrows rose from behind the mounds and flew toward it.

The aim was terrible, but a few arrows still hit its body. The arrows dipped in potent *wasp venom* quickly melded with the blood upon contact.

*Dulumichita* hissed. Three of its heads' spells faltered, but the magic from one head had already been released—it was *Water Arrow Barrage*.

Dozens of water arrows surged fiercely toward... the sky, as it had shaken its head in pain, causing the spell's direction to go awry.

The next moment, before it could prepare to release its magic again.

Hiddleston unleashed the *Rock Spikes Barrage* again, forcing *Dulumichita* to twist its body. On the other side, the poisoned arrows continued to shoot, and the *Earth Knights* began to cast their *fishing nets* and various threads. These large *fishing nets*, weighted with stones, ensnared *Dulumichita's* heads in a tangle of threads.

Though the nets couldn't harm it, they twisted its heads into an uncomfortable knot.

Charles Trapp threw the *fishing net* in his hand and quickly lunged forward, grabbing a barrel of rubber and smashing the layer of congealed rubber on the surface before throwing it into the river. Following him, several other *Earth Knights* also threw their barrels, and in no time, fifty barrels of rubber were dumped into the river.

The rubber was soon stirred by the writhing *Dulumichita*, mixing with the mud and broken *rock spikes*.

    Almost simultaneously.

Marcus burst from cover, sprinted to the top of the mound, and nocked an arrow.
