Lao Tan and Da Shan, who were leading the charge, tossed several high-quality Storm Runes to clear the dust and ensure a clear view.

From atop the building, Qin Yun used the Spirit King Cannon to spot red figures darting out from behind the villa’s walls. These Demon Beasts were incredibly agile and fast.

On closer inspection, Qin Yun was taken aback. They were two-meter-tall gorillas!

There were over twenty ninth-rank gorillas—far more than the Mighty Dragon Team had anticipated.

With the pressure eased, Lao Tan and Da Shan were able to assist other team members. In this situation, even retreating wouldn't be too difficult.

They suddenly realized that Qin Yun wasn't just skilled at making runes; his combat prowess was also impressive. When his teammates were in danger, he didn't hesitate to rush in and help.

"I'll go fetch the Demon Beast crystal egg. Once I have it, we'll retreat immediately!" Qin Yun said before dashing into the villa.

Qin Yun’s heart skipped a beat. He had secretly kept six of the eggs, and it seemed Lan Fengjin had noticed. He recalled that it was Lan Fengjin who had swooped down from the sky to slash at the gorilla, and she might have seen the exact number of crystal eggs.
